Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Divine Academy Distance Learning Program. We are committed to delivering high-quality educational services to all students. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, students may request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • Payment made but course/content not delivered within the committed timeline.

  • Enrollment in the wrong course due to a technical glitch.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with teaching style, or failure to attend classes.

2. Time Frame for Refund Request

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original payment date. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, students must:

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Admission/registration fees

  • Course materials already accessed/downloaded

  • Crash courses and test series once started

  • Discounted or promotional offers

  • Subscription fees after the access has been granted

6. Special Cases

In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen personal issues, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.
